Tournament Policies

All ticket sales for the tournament are subject to the following official terms and conditions. By purchasing or using a ticket, guests agree to comply with all venue and event regulations. 1. Digital-Only Mobile Ticketing The tournament operates an entirely digital ticketing system to ensure secure and seamless entry. • Mobile Entry: Tickets must be displayed on a mobile device via the official tournament app. • No Paper Tickets: Printed PDF tickets, screenshots, and paper passes are not accepted at the gates. • Important Ticketing Info: Your digital tickets will be sent directly to your email from tickets@odysseysportsmgmt.com. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see them within 15 minutes of purchase. 2. Strict No Re-Entry Policy • Tickets grant a single admission to the stadium grounds and tennis campus. • One-Time Scan: Once a ticket is scanned at the entrance gates, it becomes invalid for further use that day. • No Hand Stamps: Exit and re-entry are strictly prohibited. Guests who leave the venue will need to purchase a new ticket to return. 3. Inclement Weather & Rain Policy Tennis is an outdoor sport subject to weather delays. In the event of match disruptions due to rain or extreme weather, the following terms apply: • Session Cancellations: If a session is officially cancelled before a designated amount of play is completed, single-session tickets may be exchanged for a remaining session of equal value, subject to availability. • Package Exclusions: This policy applies exclusively to single-session tickets. No exchanges, credits, or refunds are provided for multi-session packages or week-long series certificates. • No Cash Refunds: All sales are final. The tournament does not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances due to weather. 4. Unauthorized Resale and Scaling Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, or sweepstakes without express written consent from tournament management. Reselling tickets on venue property is strictly illegal and will result in immediate ticket revocation without a refund.

To ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, our tournament enforces a strict bag policy. All bags are subject to visual and physical screening by security personnel upon arrival at the gates. Permitted Bags Guests may bring one of the following approved bags into the tennis campus: Clear Bags: One clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag per person. The dimensions must not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″. Small Clutch Purses: Small, non-clear handheld clutches or wristlets are permitted if they do not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″ in size. Diaper & Medical Bags: Essential medical bags and diaper bags are allowed. These items do not need to be clear but will require a detailed manual inspection at the designated medical screening lane. Prohibited Bags The following bags are strictly barred from entering the venue and cannot be brought past the security checkpoints:

• Standard backpacks and mini backpacks
• Large purses, totes, and duffel bags
• Briefcases and laptop bags
• Fanny packs and cinched drawstring bags
• Camera bags or lens cases exceeding personal point-and-shoot sizes

The tournament maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding weapons of any kind. To ensure a safe, secure, and family-friendly environment, all guests entering the tennis campus and stadium grounds must pass through security screening and bag inspections. 1. Strictly Prohibited Items Regardless of any concealed weapons permits or local licenses, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: • Firearms: Handguns, rifles, shotguns, and ammunition of any caliber. • Edged Weapons: Knives of any size (including pocket knives and Swiss Army knives), box cutters, scissors, and razor blades. • Impact Weapons: Nightsticks, clubs, brass knuckles, and martial arts equipment. • Explosives & Chemicals: Fireworks, flares, pepper spray, mace, tear gas, and any flammable or corrosive liquids. • Other Hazards: Lasers, stun guns, tasers, and any object deemed by venue security to be a potential weapon or safety hazard. 2. Law Enforcement Exceptions Only active, on-duty local enforcement officers who are officially assigned to work the event are permitted to carry firearms on the property. Off-duty officers or concealed weapon permit holders are not exempt from this policy. 3. Screening Compliance All guests must comply with security screening procedures. Anyone refusing a search or bag check will be denied entry to the tournament without a ticket refund. 4. Enforcement and Violations Any guest found in possession of a prohibited weapon inside the venue will have their ticket immediately revoked and will be escorted off the property without a refund. Serious violations may result in permanent banning from future events and immediate referral to local law enforcement.
